A key objective of the following courses is to help inspectors better understand how to structure and create accessibility and defect statements from scratch (i.e. starting with a blank sheet of paper). This knowledge can then be practically implemented in the field to complete a report, especially if there are complex issues that need to be brought to the (urgent) attention of the client.
Building Consultants Course
This distance education course is an easy and convenient way for building consultants to keep their (AS 4349.1) inspection and reporting skills up-to-date.
This course assumes that a participant is currently working as an inspector in the pre-purchase inspection industry and is suitably qualified and experienced to hold professional indemnity insurance as a residential building inspector.

Timber Pest Detection Consultants Course
This distance education course is an easy and convenient way for timber pest detection consultants to keep their (AS 4349.3) inspection and reporting skills up-to-date.
This course assumes that a participant is currently working as an inspector in the pre-purchase inspection industry and is suitably qualified and experienced to hold professional indemnity insurance as a timber pest inspector.
